Monica Allen

Monica grew up in a small town in Georgia with her single mom who had her at age 18, her grandmother and uncle. Living below the poverty line for all of her young life, Monica was determined to break the cycle.

She is now a serial entrepreneur owning several businesses after leaving her corporate job back in 2005 to run her first business full-time.

She is co-founder of Zeus' Closet, stuff4GREEKS and Deuce Equity Group.

She is the sole proprietor of Monica Allen Interiors & Become Your Own Boss.

She is host of the successful podcast Become Your Own Boss that focuses on bringing aspiring entrepreneurs, serious side hustlers and early stage business owners inspiration, business focused topics & tips, encouragement, and a community that helps them launch, grow and scale their business while also being the boss of every area of their lives.

With a brand that is known all over the country and even some parts of the world, Monica now coaches other small business owners, makers and creatives in starting, sustaining and scaling their businesses while helping them stay accountable to their physical, spiritual, and family/relationship goals.
